Fitness Together Minneapolis St. Paul announces "Establishing a Corporate Fitness Culture," a seminar for corporations interested in improving employee health and reducing health care costs with better fitness behaviors.
Intended for small business owners or HR leadership at larger corporations, this 60 minute seminar offers tips to businesses on how to develop and deploy programs and simple things to improve the fitness levels and fitness awareness of it's organization.
As the newest addition to the 2008 Orientation to a Healthy Lifestyle Seminar Series, Fitness Together Minneapolis St. Paul Owner and Chief Fitness Officer Randy Zarecki will deliver the seminar.
"The problem is today's employees are busier than ever. All too often, increased workloads and family responsibilities contribute to a person's lack of exercise. Many employees feel they have less time to work out and don't take good care of themselves. The danger is this can lead to chronic sickness or other physical ailments, both of which can increase an organization's health care costs through increased health care utilization," said Zarecki.
Organizations will learn:
· The top 5 things the Boss needs to do to establish a corporate fitness culture
· Ten things Corporate Leadership can do to Improve the Fitness Culture
· How Organizations can save money with effective fitness programming
The seminar is $100 onsite plus travel expenses if outside the metro area. To book a seminar for your business, call Fitness Together Minneapolis @ 612.455.2246.
