CTS Introducing L40 MICR Check Reader to North American Markets
L40 and L70 check readers available through Anderson Imaging Group.
Burlington, Mass. (PRWEB) April 9, 2008 -- CTS North America is introducing the L40 check reader to North America. The new MICR reader joins the company's L70 MICR and/or OCR check reader to add more purchasing options for customers.
As with the L70, CTS is distributing the L40 through Anderson Imaging Group (AIG). "We are pleased to add the L40 to our line of CTS check reader offerings," said Miguel Champalanne, AIG president. "We have developed a robust check reading business with the L70, and we expect the L40 to meet the specific need for a MICR-only reader."
The L40 check reader is a compact, simple and reliable peripheral hardware device that efficiently reads MICR code at 800mm/sec. It connects to other equipment using standard USB or Serial ports and supports CMC7/E13B formats in accordance with ISO 1004 standards.
