'Life Acceleration Expert' Darryl Mobley Meets with Former Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos

Ramos was the 12th president of the Philippines, from 1992-1998. President Ramos is a West Point graduate, class of 1950, and he has a graduate degree from the University of Illinois.
