Top Publications, Ltd. announced today the release of Bethany Williams' debut non-fiction book, Winning Strategies for Women. Ms. Williams launched the book earlier this month at the Public Library Association meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before hundreds of excited librarians.
In 12 informative chapters, she reviews the keys to success. She suggests women walk through the mentoring advice with an eye on how it can affect them, their work life, and their future. It is a quick read that is easy to absorb.

Prior to joining Perot Systems, Bethany served in the Business Development department of GE Healthcare, in Dallas, where she worked on the ground-floor development of new outsourcing service strategies. Prior to that, for 10 years, Bethany worked at IDX Systems Corporation as the international product strategy director for their financial products, and as an enterprise business solutions consultant. Bethany also served in key managerial roles at Sharp Healthcare, in California, where she worked as the access and patient accounting director and the business office director.
Bethany Williams graduated from National University in San Diego, California, with a bachelor's of business administration degree in healthcare administration.
In 2007, she was an instrumental member of a core team of women at Perot Systems Corporation that started the Perot Systems Women's Networking Group known as WNG. Since the launch, more than 280 associates worldwide have joined the network. The network hosts events and speakers to discuss the delicate work-life balance and help foster knowledge sharing and a sense of community within the company.
Bethany Williams works full time as a Market Executive, as well as writes and speaks on topics to advance women in the workplace. She plans to spend the remainder of her career bringing resources to working women, concentrating on work-life balance, and other initiatives to advance women in the workplace.
She lives in Dallas with her husband, Michael, and her three children, Heather (21), Brandon (13), and Caleb (9).
