Introducing Flight Gripe -- Angry Charlie Wants to Publish Your Airline Complaints

If you've had a recent bad experience with the major airlines, you can share your "flight gripe" through a new website launched by a seriously angry fellow.

Round Rock, TX (PRWEB) April 12, 2008 -- A consumer advocate by the name of "Angry Charlie" is calling on frustrated airline passengers to post their complaints to a new website.

FlightGripe.com is not your ordinary airline complaints website. But then, Angry Charlie is not your ordinary frustrated passenger either. He is a man who verges on the brink of emotional combustion, and he attributes this to the treatment he has received from various airlines over the years.

Angry Charlie is the creator and host of FlightGripe.com, a new website where peeved passengers can post their personal accounts of airline frustration. According to Charlie, the goal of the website is simple:

"This website is a way to document, categorize and publicize the airline complaints sent in by frustrated passengers. It makes them feel better to get these things off their chest, and that's important because I don't want anyone to end up as angry as me! The Flight Gripe website also brings attention to a problem that, until recently, has mostly been ignored."

Angry Charlie hopes the website will eventually lead to some much-needed changes as well. "For many years now," he said, "the major airlines have been decreasing their level of service while increasing their prices. That's the exact opposite of how things are supposed to work, but it will never change unless people speak up and call the airlines to task."

Visitors to the website can post their airline complaints (a.k.a. "flight gripes") simply by filling in a form on the website. Complaints are then categorized by airline, stripped of any anger-induced profanity, and ultimately published live on the site. And all complaints receive a personal response from Angry Charlie himself.
