The "Quick Blast" DVDs utilize the best of Pilates, Yoga, cardio and strength training for head to toe toning in short, intense 'blasts' for great results. "Total Body Fat Burner" includes three lower body cardio segments, four upper body cardio segments, an abs-on-the-ball segment plus the warm up and cool down. "Total Body Calorie Blast" includes three total body cardio blast segments, three mind/body blasts, an abs-on-the-floor segment plus warm up and cool down.
Both DVDs offer a wide range of programming options from the main menu. A workout can range anywhere from six minutes to over 40 minutes at a click of the remote. Plan A offers a daily schedule of three to four segments, plus warm up and cool down. Plan B's workouts include four to five segments plus warm up and cool down. Tracey and her workout buddies offer modifications for beginners through the workouts. A six-minute on-screen timer lets one know when the segment will end. Both DVDs offer bonus features including healthy eating tips and the journey of "Team" Mallett. Hand weights are used in both DVDs.
About Tracey Mallett: Tracey is the author of the new best-selling book "Sexy in Six", and is the creator and star of over 15 exercise DVDs. Tracey is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also a certified sports nutritionist with the National Academy of Sports Nutrition (NASN). She is a master Pilates instructor for Rael Isacowitz (Body Arts and Science) and is certified through his program as well as the Pilates Physical Mind Institute in Santa Fe.
