Former Cable and Wireless Business Development Director, Karl A. Edwards, joins Tarmin Technologies as Vice President of Business Development for Europe; managed archival services targeted.

Edwards to the position of Vice President of European Business Development and signals that it has completed key elements of its NOADS technology platform.

In his second decade of executive level capacity, Edwards was most recently responsible for overseeing Business Development across major contracts, encompassing 3rd party System Integrator relationships for Cable and Wireless's massive Public Sector and System Integrator Channel. Previous posts include senior positions at Energis (acquired by Cable and Wireless in Nov 2005) where he was Director of the UK Government Secure Intranet project (GSi), a massive, multi-million Pound marquee UK e-government initiative.
