Positive Thoughts and Self-talk are Vital to Living a Successful Life According to a New Book

"Control your dominant thought life and speech and you can redirect your destiny," writes author David Ellis in his new book, Universal Success Code.

Hattiesburg, MS (PRWEB) April 23, 2008 -- What are the keys to living a successful life? These questions and more are answered in a new book by David Ellis, Universal Success Code (http://www.universalsuccesscode.com).

According to the book, a person who controls the tongue will acquire greater success than one with a quick ill-spoken word. Negative speech is the result of bad or negative learning, and if it can be learned, it can be unlearned.

If we are to make the most of our lives, we must make the most from the day we are in.
For individuals who are unhappy, or for those who want more, the remedy for change is obvious. "You must allow no thoughts or feelings to enter your mind unless you want those thoughts to be manifested in your life. Speak only the desires of your heart," affirms Ellis. The book is suited for both the individual reader and for study groups. One reader suggested that this is 'the 2nd or 3rd book everyone should have'.

Universal Success Code (Pleasant Word, $15.99, April 2008) contains principles that can lead to a more positive and productive life. The principles contained in the book are not new. Many of them were included in the Bible as instruction from the Creator, as indicated by the many scriptural references utilized in the book. In Universal Success Code, the author also references inspiring quotations and relative information from a variety of respected sources.

Questions are provided at the end of each chapter to provide an opportunity to reflect on the instruction received and for life application. "As a motivational speaker and life coach, I have found that information is best absorbed when the reader becomes actively involved in the material", notes Ellis.

One of the most important messages the author has delivered is to encourage readers to close the door on yesterday's heartaches. "Too often, we allow our past mistakes or other's perceptions of us to define us and we feel that we are locked in to that persona. Nothing could be farther from the truth," writes Ellis. Every day is a new day, a gift from God. "If we are to make the most of our lives, we must make the most from the day we are in."

"Remember that you are a decision maker and whether you are up or down depends on a decision that you made. Today you are where you are because of decisions that you made or failed to make", adds Ellis. "Each of us has the capability to change our lives by changing our thought patterns and speech."

"Often people are more comfortable with their old problems than with finding a new solution," Ellis explains in the Introduction. "This book is written to help the reader catch the vision that happiness and success in life are within reach and to show how to take steps that will lead to a better life."

Universal Success Code provides principles that will empower the reader to tap into vital energies that will help clear the way for personal success. "The knowledge contained in this book will move the reader from a feeling of adequacy to a feeling of excellence." Orders may be placed by calling 1.877.421.7323.
