BuyerTours Realty LLC of Bellingham Washington has entered into an agreement to purchase Investment Realty Advisors LLC of Scottsdale Arizona. Investment Realty Advisors has been an active real estate company operating in Scottsdale Arizona since 2004.

Upon completion of the acquisition Investment Realty Advisor's LLC will change its name to BuyerTours Realty LLC. Michael Marchese, Founder/CEO and broker for Investment Realty Advisors LLC will stay on as the active broker for BuyerTours Realty LLC of Arizona.
