Domestic customers of Alliance & Leicester's have had access to the MONILINK service since January 2007, however this new launch shows the bank's commitment to providing innovative and convenient customer service for all its customers. For security, the service is protected by a personal passcode, and information that is sent to the phone is deleted automatically. The technology behind the MONILINK means that none of the private information about any business deposit accounts or current account information is ever stored on the handset itself, which keeps important that information remains completely secure, even if the handset is stolen or lost.
MONILINK is available now and is free for Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank customers until 31 August 2008, at which time a set monthly fee of just £1.50 will apply.
