This functionality provides buttons in Salesforce.com to review pending orders and sales history from the live AccountMate accounting system while viewing a Saleforce.com record. This real-time access to business information helps the sales force make quick decisions and increase sales. This add-on tool is available for other CRM packages as well.
The functions were developed by and are available from Figtree Consulting, Inc. The technology used can easily be expanded to make any data from the accounting system visible to CRM users.
