Low Cost, Easy to use Headphone Style Personal Fitness Trainer to be Made Available in the North American Market

Headphone style personal fitness trainer to be made available for the US market. Device provides verbal warnings if heart rate is too fast or too slow during exercise or physical workout. Simple, easy to use operation.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) April 30, 2008 -- Human Code Japan, a company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, unveils plans to launch Headphone Style Personal Fitness Trainer, a portable and easy-to-use personal fitness heart rate monitor designed for walkers, joggers and people who want to maximize their cardiovascular workout, in the US market.

Echoing the Japan government's effort to encourage Japanese people to live a healthier lifestyle, Human Code Japan (www.hcj.co.jp) has developed and introduced a new headphone style fitness monitor for the Japanese market. The product is currently available in Japan and selling at a brisk rate for its unique features and affordability. As most exercise heart rate monitors require users to wear an uncomfortable chest strap, this patented headphone style Personal Fitness Trainer offers superior way to detect your heart rate. With a simple clip to your earlobe, the users will be informed by the trainer in English during exercise if they are working out at their optimum aerobic level.

The monitor utilizes the Karvonen Method to determine the most efficient heart rate a user should achieve during workout. With a quick input of one's age, and type of exercise, the user can simply slide the lightweight headphone style monitor on and clip a sensor onto their earlobe. After measuring their resting heart rate, the monitor will instruct the user to begin their exercise. Once the workout starts, the user will be advised periodically if they are exercising too vigorously or not enough to achieve their optimal heart rate.

In addition to the trainer providing a rhythmic sound to keep pace with, the user can also plug in and listen to his or her own music source such as a FM radio or MP3 music player with the built-in standard headphone-in jack.

This affordable, easy-to-wear and easy-to-operate personal fitness trainer will soon be available for overseas markets on an ODM or OEM basis. It is estimated to be marketed at US$ 59.99 ESUP.
