The "Mouse" would be designed to enable individuals to catch more fish. The invention would be ideal for bass fishing. The device would be producible in various sizes and feature a compact design.
The Mouse would consist of a cylindrical wood piece, a curved tail, two treble hooks and an eyelet. The unit would measure one inch in circumference and 3-3/16 inches in length. To help the bait resemble a mouse, its top would be half painted gray and the lower half would be painted red with a black pinstripe separating the colors. To help the bait resemble a small frog, its top half would be painted green and the lower half is painted gold. Painted-in eyes would be included on the sides of the lure's head. The tail on the end of the lure would wiggle under water to attract fish. The single tail would be transferable, manifesting two tails on each side to represent the frog. Variations in size or color or weedless hooks could be offered. A rattle could be included to vibrate the water around the lure.
