Mademoiselle Jewelry, an online jewelry store that specializes in unique and imported jewelry, today signed an exclusive contract with Brooklyn-based jewelry designer, Nicole Anderson.

Nicole's design career came to fruition while she was interning with American fashion designer, Dana Buchman. Since then, Nicole's work has been featured in stores and galleries throughout Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Upstate New York. She has participated in trunk shows, charity events and has even taken special requests for custom-designed jewelry for bridal parties. Nicole's line, Nicole Gates Designs, has received multiple accolades, including recognition on NY1's weekend features segment, "Hot Jewelry Trends for Summer."

Nicole's intricately-designed jewelry is centered on the concept of weightlessness. In all her work, she aspires to create a sense of fragility and balance while juxtaposing heavier elements into her pieces.

"From day one we were extremely impressed with Nicole's designs and I'm very excited about our new partnership," explains Michelle Samson, president of Mademoiselle Jewelry. "She has the ability to express her own personality through her craft, which is an undeniable talent."

Nicole's line is featured in Mademoiselle Jewelry's "Exclusive Designers" section, and includes cluster necklaces and earrings, as well as trendy asymmetrical necklaces and unique gold leaf bracelets. Each piece is custom-made and utilizes a wide variety of colorful gemstone combinations.
