Ascendix Technologies, developers of Real Estate Advantage™, announced today that Whitestone REIT selected Real Estate Advantage to fully leverage their existing Microsoft® Dynamics™ CRM implementation.

Whitestone REIT, a self-managed REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) which owns and operates retail, office and warehouse properties in the Southwest U.S., and Ascendix Technologies, developers of Real Estate Advantage, announced today that Whitestone REIT selected Real Estate Advantage to fully leverage their existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.

Whitestone REIT originally selected Microsoft® Dynamics™ CRM as a general-purpose CRM across the enterprise. "As we progressed, we realized that Whitestone REIT needed a state-of-the-art complement to our existing Yardi Voyager Property Management solution," said Ted Zeck, Vice President of Information Systems.
