Web Site Targets Older Americans and People Planning Their Retirement - RetiredBrains.com Expands Information Offered

As more seniors become computer literate and use the Net to search for information there is an increased need for sites that focus on this market and provide the kinds of information older Americans are seeking. RetiredBrains.com (www.RetiredBrains.com) has expanded the information offered in areas like memory loss, arthritis pain, volunteering, continuing education, finding employment, retirement planning, identity theft, estate planning, etc. and also includes links to sites that provide more in depth information in these areas.

(PRWEB) May 4, 2008 -- RetiredBrains.com (www.RetiredBrains.com), a destination for older boomers, seniors and retirees expands to offer information on a wide variety of subjects of interest to older Americans.

Art Koff, a senior in his 70's, founded RetiredBrains.com in 2003. "As more seniors become Net literate our number of visitors has grown substantially" said Koff. "We have added content as well as links to make it as easy as possible for retirees and people planning their retirement to locate the kinds of information they seek most often" he went on to say.

The site includes a free job board connecting older workers with employers interested in hiring them. Americans planning retirement and retirees can connect with employers seeking seniors & retirees or post their resume both at no charge. Employers can search tens of thousands of resumes in the data base or post a position targeting older more experienced candidates for full-time, part-time or temporary jobs or project assignments,.

A survey of visitors revealed the kinds of information they were having difficulty finding. "There was substantial interest in locating authoritative sites providing more in depth information," said Koff. As a result, RetiredBrains now provides information and also links to up to date background in areas like memory loss, arthritis pain, estate planning, senior travel, prescription drugs, volunteering, insurance, identity theft and much more.
