Agreement was reached to appoint Ms. Kristin Weivoda as the Chief Operations Officer, effective immediately.

Weivoda joins Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services, LLC as a former leading manager of Air Evac Services (a medical entity of Petroleum Helicopters Incorporated) where she spent over three years guiding the general direction of their air medical base operations and educational activities in order to meet the CAMTS standards of accreditation, in addition to many of the principal public relations events.
