Our agency practices a 1/1/1 philanthropy program where 1% of volunteer hours, 1% of profit, and 1% of NETexponent online marketing services, including media buying, are donated to various charities

NETexponent, an online, performance marketing agency, is donating staff time to help New York based charity Stand Up For a Cure. Stand Up for a Cure is a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating lung cancer through strategic partnerships with some of the finest medical institutions in the world. They raise funds and issue awareness through live comedy and music performances. NETexponent will work with Stand Up for a Cure to drive tickets sales for upcoming events through media buying and other online marketing services. Events include Jerry Seinfeld: Live in Concert hosted by Alec Baldwin on June 2, 2008 at the WAMU Theatre in New York City and Brian Wilson and Friends, July 11, 2008 at Hammerstein Ballroom, NYC.

"We are so excited that NETexponent approached us with their online marketing services," said Jordan Belkin, Executive Producer of Stand Up For a Cure. "Their media buying expertise will allow us to tap into a captive audience that we normally don't target through our traditional media partnerships. This is a great opportunity to increase lung cancer awareness and spread a fun opportunity for people to get involved with the cause."

Because Stand Up For a Cure events, including Jerry Seinfeld's upcoming performance, are one night only and vary from city to city, NETexponent will focus online marketing and media buying efforts on individual metropolitan areas, starting with New York City. They will create and manage geo-targeted display advertising campaigns and will leverage agency relationships with media partners for free or discounted site placements.

"Our agency practices a 1/1/1 philanthropy program where 1% of volunteer hours, 1% of profit, and 1% of NETexponent online marketing services, including media buying, are donated to various charities," said Peter Figueredo, CEO and Co-Founder of NETexponent. "Collectively our team selected Stand Up For a Cure as a beneficiary and the entire agency is eager to get started".
