Combining his experiences as a school board member with his training and experience in software development, Tim Mikula has joined School Perceptions as its Vice President for New Product Development. Prior to joining School Perceptions, Dr. Mikula was the president and CEO of System Management Software Incorporated, a software company he founded in 1989 and later sold. In addition to private consulting, Dr. Mikula has served as an adjunct professor of Computer Science and Statistics at St. Thomas University in St. Paul and as an analyst and consultant for 3M where he focused on Artificial Intelligence product development. At the University of Minnesota, he earned his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in Computer Science with minors in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence.

With over 20 years of experience in server and storage architecture and in working with some of the nation's largest companies, Mike Koehn joins School Perceptions as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Koehn previously served as a senior account executive for CDW-Berbee and as Midwest Brand Manager at IBM. Koehn earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. "Tim and Mike are very important additions to School Perceptions," said Bill Foster, President of School Perceptions. "Their extraordinary skills and experiences will help the firm expand to meet continued demand for our products and services." School Perceptions, a privately held company, is based in Slinger, Wisconsin which is a small town located north of Milwaukee.
