texturemedia, a leading digital agency in Boulder, CO, announces two People's Voice wins in the 2008 Webby Awards. The global Web community has voted Pentax Photo Gallery and King Tut as Best Use of Photography Website and Event Website of the year in the Webby People's Voice Awards. Both sites were produced by texturemedia, on behalf of our clients, by a team consisting of interaction designers, art directors and developers. texturemedia is one of only a few companies/agencies nominated for more than one Webby Award.

Winners will be honored at two star-studded ceremonies in New York City: The Webby Film & Video Awards on June 9th and The 12th Annual Webby Awards Gala on June 10th. texturemedia will be in attendance to celebrate with the industry's best digital talent.

Hailed as the "the Internet's highest honor" by the New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet, including Websites, interactive advertising, online film and video, and mobile Websites. The Webby Awards is presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 550-person judging academy whose members include Internet co-inventor Vinton Cerf, R/GA's Chief Bob Greenberg, "Simpson's" creator Matt Groening, Arianna Huffington, and Harvey Weinstein.
