This unique association brings together the knowledge and expertise of two of the best-known and most professional companies within the emerging overseas property market. Universally recognised as being among the most important and influential within the industry, both companies are members of the Association of Independent Property Professionals (AIPP), with Property Frontiers being a founder member, with a representative on the board of the association.

"Property Frontiers and Someplace Else see this as a great step forward in the evolution and maturity of the overseas property industry. By harnessing our complimentary areas of expertise, both existing clients and potential investors will benefit," says Ray Withers, director of Property Frontiers. "Property Frontiers aims to provide investments in the most innovative markets with developments that offer the highest investment potential -- the alliance with Someplace Else can only enhance our ability to do this."

Ben Mason, partner of Someplace Else adds, "Up until now we have done both agency work and our own developments, and our track record at picking the highest growth markets around the world has been excellent. We and our clients will now be able to make use of Property Frontiers' research, legal and after sales departments, which will allow us to concentrate on creating more award-winning developments in some of the most exciting locations in the world."
