Experienced investment banker and consultant joins growing M&A firm in Richmond, VA.

Prior to joining Boxwood Partners, Matt was an Associate at Harris Williams & Co., where he executed M&A engagements for leading corporations and private equity firms in a variety of sectors. Previous experience includes work as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where he served commercial and government clients in the strategic planning space and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army. Matt earned his M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College. He lives in Richmond with his wife and family.
