Lucidity Consulting Group Adds Rich Woll as CRM Principal

Lucidity Consulting Group, an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner and leading integrator of Oracle applications, is pleased to announce that they have named Rich Woll as Principal responsible for its Customer Relationship Management practice.
Mr. Woll, who during his past 20 years has successfully established and grown multinational professional service and software sales organizations, joins Lucidity from his role as Executive Vice President at eVerge Group where he led the company's CRM and Business Intelligence practice areas.

In his nearly seven years there, Mr. Woll led the development of the CRM practice from a small boutique to one of the largest independent Siebel consultancies in the US. During Mr. Woll's tenure, revenue and headcount grew by over 1,400 and 1,200 percent respectively. Prior to eVerge Group, Mr. Woll led consulting operations for Siebel Systems, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and Scopus Technologies.
