Easy CGI Now Offers Dedicated VPS Plans for Linux

Easy CGI introduces five Linux VPS plans to match those it already offers for Windows environments. These dedicated virtual hosting plans offer a broad range of disk space, memory and bandwidth, and offer greater access to processor time by limiting the number of virtual clients on each server.

Pearl River, NY (PRWEB) May 12, 2008 -- Microsoft Partner, Easy CGI (www.easycgi.com), is a rarity among hosting companies. Until now it has offered Windows Server hosting exclusively. However, Easy CGI now has a full range of five dedicated VPS plans for customers operating in Linux environments. The plans closely match those offered to its Windows environment customers. Their range of Linux VPS plans is capable of satisfying almost any dedicated hosting need - from those of small businesses, to those of large corporations.

"Although we are a Windows Web hosting provider," says Dan Richfield, President of Easy CGI, "we pride ourselves on flexibility and our ability to deliver what customers want. There's a definite market out there for Linux-based hosting and we are one of the few hosting companies offering dedicated VPS on both Windows and Linux platforms."

All five of Easy CGI's dedicated Linux VPS plans guarantee a limited number of virtual servers for each hardware node, something few other hosting services do, giving each client a greater share of processor time, RAM, and disk space.

Dedicated virtual private servers (VPS) create multiple, independent virtual servers, each with its own operating system and other software, on a single, partitioned physical server. Easy CGI's Linux-based VPS customers can now enjoy the benefits of private hosting at less cost than having their own dedicated servers.
