The MedLINK service is a fully automated medication solution that is monitored by ResponseLINK's live team of emergency care operators. This new service features a MedReady medication dispenser that houses 28 dosages and the unit is integrated with ResponseLINK's state-of-the-art medical alarm system.
MedLINK provides a simple solution that assists in making sure that medications are taken properly and on time. Should a customer forget to take their prescription, a live operator will immediately call to remind either the customer or their caregivers/family members that medication needs to be taken thus avoiding the dangers of missed medications.
