The fact that JMS is online keeps me from having to keep track of little scraps of paper as well as trying to remember the last computer I was working on and what was the last version of the spreadsheet I was using. The online aspect allows me to share the same, up-to-date, latest version with all of the people involved in our project.

MassLegalHelp.org is a Massachusetts legal information website aimed at promoting access to justice for low income and disadvantaged residents. The team was struggling with managing web development for over 1000 pages of legal information as well as creating content and translations in seven languages. They turned to JuggleMyStuff from Jugglesoft, Inc. --a powerful but simple to use, web-based project management and collaboration service that helps managers and teams work with greater agility and flexibility.
"JuggleMyStuff has given me my life back!" says Caroline Robinson of Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, who serves as Websites Project Coordinator for MassLegalHelp. "We have more than 10 editors and we are in the process of creating six other versions of the website in different languages... With JuggleMyStuff I can hand tasks off to other people, I can keep track of who has done what and when and what is holding up the completion of certain jobs."
According to Jugglesoft CEO Andy Sells, "JuggleMyStuff is designed to help busy managers and teams not only maintain project schedules but also streamline communication and collaboration, facilitate change, manage information and boost productivity." He added, "We are delighted to see that JuggleMyStuff is helping MassLegalHelp.org do just that! In fact, PC World recently reviewed our service and also concluded that 'JuggleMyStuff helps business teams keep organized.'"
MassLegalHelp is one of three Massachusetts websites being created as part of the Massachusetts Legal Websites Project. The project is a collaborative effort of The Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts. It is designed to connect, support, and educate advocates and the general public. The web content is written by people within the legal services community. Gathering all that content together, keeping it organized and keeping everyone on the same page was a huge challenge that JuggleMyStuff helped MassLegalHelp solve:
"The fact that JMS is online keeps me from having to keep track of little scraps of paper as well as trying to remember the last computer I was working on and what was the last version of the spreadsheet I was using. The online aspect allows me to share the same, up-to-date, latest version with all of the people involved in our project." Caroline said.
JuggleMyStuff (JMS) is a comprehensive, web application. Creating or updating projects is quick and easy; and managers benefit from innovative features that help them swiftly adapt to shifting priorities. Designed around the simple, familiar starting point of a to-do list, JuggleMyStuff is immediately intuitive yet has advanced features like hierarchical tasks, flexible tagging and shared task ownership to ensure that JMS can scale to the complexities of virtually any project.
Caroline makes heavy use of this "list-making on steroids" capability: "JMS offers a unique feature that enables us to create an outline or hierarchy of lists within lists which reflects the real world of project management. …Not only can we create an outline of lists and to-do items but we can quickly stick another set of jobs into the list anywhere, at any level and move the items and lists around within the project."
JuggleMyStuff is also providing Caroline's team with a powerful management tool: "With JuggleMyStuff I can hand tasks off to other people, I can keep track of who has done what and when and what is holding up the completion of certain jobs. I do not have to do it all myself anymore!" Caroline added.
