Fabtron Lady Flex Trail Saddle Ranks as Top Selling Saddle for Two Years Running at HorseSaddleShop.com

HorseSaddleShop.com announces that the Lady Flex Trail is still their #1 selling saddle two years after its introduction. The unique saddle is specifically designed for a woman's configuration and continues to appeal to a wide range of horse owners.

When browsing through the extensive inventory of western saddles at HorseSaddleShop.com, you might not be able to pick out which saddle is a bestseller. The online saddle shop prides itself on selling high-quality saddles and all are beautifully photographed and affordably priced. Yet one saddle has held its position as top seller for over two years. Fabtron's Lady Flex Trail has been an instant hit since its debut in early 2006. Fabtron, the manufacturer of the Lady Flex Trail, also reported that the Lady Flex has been its hottest saddle since its arrival.

One could conceive of many reasons why. Perhaps it's because Fabtron was the first to listen to female riders who were not completely comfortable in their saddles. Chuck Klockow, owner of Horse Saddle Shop, Inc. muses that, "There are not too many saddles designed just for the female. Most men don't care much about how wide the twist is, but the ladies do, and I give Fabtron credit for listening." The saddle promises to provide riding comfort and back support for the female trail rider with its high cantle for more spinal support, a seat designed specifically for a woman's body configuration, and a narrower front. It also is lightweight, which means that saddling the horse no longer has to be a sweaty workout.

Apparently these claims are true. Tracy, a customer who recently purchased the saddle at HorseSaddleShop.com, was having a difficult time fitting her large, swayback quarterhorse and decided to try a saddle with a flexible tree. She emailed her questions to Klockow, who replied promptly, and eventually decided to purchase one. She was immediately impressed with the workmanship of the saddle. When she sat in it for the first time, she says she thought to herself, "Wow, if I can't ride comfortably in this saddle, then I shouldn't even be riding a horse!" She explained that the seat has a safe, comfortable grip, making her feel as if she's wearing a seatbelt. She's considered buying another to replace her Circle Y trail saddle, which isn't uncomfortable, but does not stand up to the comfort of the Lady Flex. Tracy has people ask if they can sit in her saddle all the time and are usually equally impressed.

Mike Webb, a sales associate and customer service expert at Fabtron, reports that the customer feedback from the Lady Trail has been completely positive. "Customers just love the features and ride. One feature we hear about constantly is the padded seat and it's comfort. Another good thing is that we make them right here in the USA."

Another factor to the Lady Flex's success at HorseSaddleShop.com is the fact that the website offers a free trail riding package with the purchase of the saddle, which includes a free leather breast collar, browband headstall, and split reins.

HorseSaddleShop.com carries a range of synthetic saddles, including many models from Fabtron. Klockow states why Fabtron made the cut into the shops online inventory, "They are not cheaply made. When you look at the internal hardware, they use good leather, proven trees and high quality Cordura. Other synthetic saddles often use a very cheap nylon for fenders and skirting and trees."
