Higher Education Leaders Join Jenzabar as Industry Experts

Boston, MA (Vocus/PRWEB ) May 14, 2008 -- Jenzabar®, Inc., the leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education, announced today that former Vice President of Enrollment at Judson University Philip Guth and former Chief Information Officer at Park University Sara Freeman have joined Jenzabar as industry experts. Philip Guth will serve as Academic Solutions Industry Expert, providing high-level counsel on enrollment and retention strategies, and Sara Freeman will assume the role of Business Intelligence Industry Expert, with a strong focus on further developing the company’s business intelligence tools and consulting with customers on best business intelligence practices.
Jenzabar hired both industry experts to support the company’s corporate commitment to helping customers excel in the areas of enrollment, retention, and advancement. Both Philip Guth and Sara Freeman have been long-standing Jenzabar customers and will counsel customers on how to maximize their technology by adopting effective, innovative solutions.
Today, as campuses across the globe struggle to increase their enrollment and retention rates, Jenzabar saw a need to offer enhanced services to institutions of higher education that will help them achieve goals in those key areas. Philip Guth, Academic Solutions Industry Expert, will develop and codify service solutions that will lead to a superior user experience. In addition, Guth will collaborate with Jenzabar’s product development team on ways to tailor technology to support institutional enrollment and retention efforts. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Guth served as Vice President of Enrollment Services at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois and Director of Admissions at Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana.
With over 35 years of information technology experience, Sara Freeman will serve as Jenzabar’s Business Intelligence Industry Expert, and will concentrate on extending Jenzabar’s business intelligence tool offerings to help high-level users more easily extract data to make action-based decisions that drive institutional success. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Freeman served as Chief Information Officer and Assistant Director of Computer Services at Park University in Parkville, Missouri. She was also a guest lecturer at University of Missouri Kansas City and served on numerous professional boards.
