They demonstrate an easy step-by-step method showing how to get consistent, uniform smoked and fresh sausages every time. They devote one hour exclusively to smoked meats and the smokehouse. Working with a smokehouse takes knowledge and preparation. Their video demonstrates the different elements that make up a smokehouse and how to prepare a smokehouse to work well for you. It's not like an oven with a set time and temperature; with a smokehouse, time and temperature management are quite involved. This video teaches the difference between cooking, smoking, and curing your sausage.
