Achieve Technology, Inc. (Achieve), a provider of software to Schools, agrees to purchase Principle Data Systems LLC (Principle) and immediately assumes responsibility of Principle's customer base.

(Achieve) announced today that it agrees to purchase the assets of Principle Data Systems LLC (Principle) and will immediately maintain Principle's customer base. Principle Data Systems, based in Dallas, TX was founded in 2003 and provides web-based software solutions to Schools. Principle Data Systems has a strong presence among Independent Schools nationwide.
