Mr. Zamora will manage and oversee the corporate accounting staff and systems to meet the needs of the organization. Mr. Zamora will also manage the accounting staff, banking relationships, mergers and acquisitions, outside auditors and other corporate consultants from ABB's Palo Alto, California headquarters.

Mr. Zamora will manage and oversee the corporate accounting staff and systems to meet the needs of the organization.
