Anderson Valley Brewing Company Releases High Rollers Wheat in 12 ounce 6-pack

Anderson Valley Brewing Company releases its award-winning crystal wheat beer in twelve ounce, six packs May 15th. This is the first time in the brewery's history that High Rollers Wheat has been available in six packs. It will still be available in draught and 22 ounce packages.

Boonville, CA (PRWEB) May 19, 2008 -- AVBC officially releases its award-winning crystal wheat beer in twelve ounce, six packs on May 15th. This is the first time in the brewery's history that this beer has been available in six packs. It will still be available in draught and 22 ounce packages.

This bright beer is made with wheat malt, pale malt and special low alpha acid hops, which allow the natural tartness of the wheat to shine through.

High Rollers Wheat is also lighter in alcohol content this year, finishing at around 5% Alcohol by Volume. Less alcohol along with its effervescent head, delicate tangy taste, and crisp clear finish make it a refreshing, thirst-quenching delight.

This beer is excellent as an aperitif or with lighter fare, such as gazpacho, salads, or sushi. Unlike most cloudy wheat beers, this unique brew is sparklingly clear and has been known to win over even the most ardent domestic beer and wine fans. It is best when served in a tall pilsner-style glass.

As with all AVBC products, High Rollers Wheat Beer is never sterile filtered nor heat pasteurized, and should be stored in refrigeration. However, to fully enjoy its rich and complex flavor, it should be served between 40° and 45°F.

Anderson Valley Brewing Company has been crafting award-winning beers for over two decades in the town of Boonville, CA, which is located in the picturesque Anderson Valley of Mendocino County.

For additional information on High Rollers Wheat, visit http://www.avbc.com. Six packs are available in local stores May 15th.
