Colonel Torres will be accompanied by Keith Harper, a leading subject matter expert in insurgency warfare and Counterterrorism, who is also a Henley-Putnam advisor, where they will together deliver a presentation on the differences between the insurgencies in Iraq and Afghanistan where Marines are deployed.
