P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. Expands Custom Rental Services Into New Orleans and Ontario

P.O.P. Exhibits Inc, designer and producer of custom trade show exhibits, has announced that in response to the increasing demand for trade show rental services, it is expanding it's rental capabilities into both New Orleans and Toronto.

P.O.P. Exhibits Inc., designer and producer of custom trade show exhibits and headquartered in the Seattle, WA area, is expanding the company's ability to service trade show rental clients. According to company president Wes Carlson, "We've been providing rentals the last two years in several cities around the United States, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago and Orlando, however the designs and kits to this point have been relatively simple. Because more and more companies are choosing to rent exhibits rather than to purchase, we are now expanding into New Orleans and Toronto. We are also expanding our ability to offer very customized in-line and island exhibit rentals."

The P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. created a network of strategic business alliances with exhibit companies throughout the United States with the capability of providing custom exhibit rentals. "Most companies attend more than one show, and those shows tend to be held in different show venues," said Mr. Carlson, "so it is important for us to be able to service our clients in as many of the important show venues as possible."

"We've been receiving requests for rentals in both New Orleans and Toronto", according to Mr. Carlson, "but until now it has been logistically impossible to service these areas and to remain price competitive. The reason for this is because we have had to ship in exhibiting materials, fly in a set-up supervisor and to charge out-of-venue fees. Now we have the ability to create custom island exhibits designs within each city and to service them with inventory from within the city. This is a huge advantage."

P.O.P. Exhibits Inc. has seen the percentage of it's business from island rentals increase to nearly 40% over a two year period. Rentals are attractive to many businesses because they eliminate the need to purchase, store and ship their exhibits as well as having to hire installation and dismantling services.
