w3r Consulting (http://www.w3r.com) hosted a Bowl for Kids' Sake (BFKS) event, on April 26, 2008 at Merri-Bowl Lanes in Livonia, Michigan, which generated over $8,000 in donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit (BBBSMD).
Patrick Tomina, Chief Financial Officer of w3r, has been involved with BFKS for the past four years. "It's rewarding to see the enthusiasm of the children along with everyone coming together for such a great cause," expressed Tomina. He is also member of the Board of Directors for BBBSMD.
"This fun-filled event presented a tremendous opportunity for w3r employees, families, and friends to build awareness for the need for mentors by raising money for this important cause," stated BBBSMD President & CEO, Dara Munson.
