XL World presented at Gartner Outsourcing Summit in Washington the benefits of outsourcing multilingual contact center and BPO from Romania.

The summit, held by Gartner from 19th to 21st of May in Washington, is a strategic conference for senior outsourcing professionals and reunites clients and suppliers from a wide range of industries such as IT&C, Banking and Finance, Transportation, Retail, etc.
XL World exhibited as part of a larger group of Romanian companies. The participation to this event is supported by the Romanian Ministry for Small and Medium Businesses as well as by ARIES, the Association of Electronics and Software Companies of Romania.
XL World also held a boardroom case-study presentation focused on outlining the main advantages that Romania brings to companies willing to outsource activities off-shore.
