Skin care provider becomes talk show's first national advertiser.

"The Allen Hunt Show," a syndicated talk radio show "where it is not about right or left, but about right and wrong," recently added Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Surgeon's Skin Secret, an all natural skin care products supplier, to its roster of advertisers.

Surgeon's Skin Secret initiated its first radio advertising venture on "The Allen Hunt Show" in March 2008. The addition of Surgeon's Skin Secret also marks the first national advertiser of "The Allen Hunt Show." The show has also integrated advertisements on, which include video with Allen using the product. These efforts have created more web traffic for both "The Allen Hunt Show" and Surgeon's Skin Secret Web sites.

"The results garnered from our relationship with 'The Allen Hunt Show' have exceeded company expectations," said Jim Kaiser, president of Surgeon's Skin Secret. "Allen's show is very engaging, and through its broad listenership, we are able to reach many potential customers, and found it to be one of the best media buys we have ever made."

Surgeon's Skin Secret was developed in 1950, initially providing an all-natural beeswax moisturizer that helps soften dry, chapped, irritated skin. The company's lines of products now consist of over 40 items. Since July 1997, Surgeon's Skin Secret representatives have been regularly featured on the QVC television network, an international shopping channel reaching over 90 million American homes.

"Surgeon's Skin Secret is a rapidly growing company looking to build a national brand through talk radio," said Allen Hunt. "Our partnership has proven to be beneficial to both parties, as we continue to expand our presence on a national scale."

About The Allen Hunt Show
The Allen Hunt Show is the nation's only syndicated talk radio show that focuses on "where real life and faith come together." Syndicated in multiple markets, The Allen Hunt Show is about where real life and faith come together and brings a new voice and a different conversation to talk radio. Most show topics - which have included teen sex, suicide, polygamy, and prostitution - focus on a subject few would expect from a radio show. The Allen Hunt Show is not a political talk show, nor a faith-based counseling show. It takes on real life issues, with real life people, to see how faith can have a real impact. Learn more at
