Western Pacific Transport (WPT), a Denver CO based transportation services provider, recently announced that it is in the final stages of completing a transaction to purchase 100% of the assets of Centurion Heavy Haul Inc. (CHH), a Smithville ON based transportation services provider.

CHH is a privately owned company providing transportation and logistics services to the heavy manufacturing, Oil and Gas producers and developers, with special emphasis in the Wind Power industry.
WPT is a privately owned company seeking to expand its operations into transportation and logistics for the Energy production sector, with specific emphasis on Wind Power generation.
