Minitab Inc., one of the world’s leading developers of statistical analysis and process improvement software, has received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Working with women-owned businesses is a primary way organizations demonstrate their commitment to diversity and develop their supplier/vendor diversity programs.
The WBENC is the leading advocate of women-owned businesses, and its WBE certification is accepted by over 1,000 major corporations, nonprofit organizations, as well as many local, state and federal agencies.
Certification requires a rigorous review process to confirm the business is owned, managed, and controlled by a woman or women. The benefits include easier access to business opportunities and inclusion in the WBENC’s online database of certified WBEs, which major corporations use to find vendors.
