Backyard Bird Baths Has Grand Opening for Web Store

Burnaby, BC (PRWEB) May 27, 2008 -- BackyardBirdBaths.com has recently opened their online web store, providing a selection of unique and attractive bird houses, bird baths, and bird feeders for yard and garden decoration. "I really love the peace and serenity you experience when you're in nature," says Anita Tadeuszow, the store owner and operator.
A former flight attendant, Anita retired to homeschool her two children, and opened Backyard Bird Baths to allow her to work from home. "I chose these products personally, with a lot of enthusiastic approval from my son and daughter. I went with bird baths because of people I knew who were shut-ins, and of course for my homeschooled children. It's a way to bring enjoyment to people like my brother, who had diabetes and heart disease and was thus a bit of a shut-in himself, as well as to a lady I knew very well enjoyed watching the birds outside her window. They have both passed on now, but the site pays tribute to their memory."
In addition to the new site, Anita has created a blog at www.BackyardBirdBathsBlog.com where her customers can gather to ask questions or talk about bird watching. "I'll be using my blog to inform people who are interested in or are new to wildlife observation for their yard about the creatures they'll be seeing, whether they are squirrels, birds, or even snakes and bats," explains Anita. "I will be showing how the products are beneficial for attracting wildlife or observing wildlife that is already in a garden or backyard."
The most important part for Anita is sharing her passion for bird watching and garden wildlife. "I really love what I'm doing, and I think that comes across through my web site and my blog," she says. "I really enjoy what I'm doing, and I'm seeking to attract people who share the same love of nature and quiet enjoyment of life. Life is so high-speed right now, and this is one way to step back, take a breath, and smell the roses… or look at the birds!"
Backyard Bird Houses is currently offering special pricing on their natural brass and patina brass bird baths, and they encourage new customers to join their blog and submit requests and suggestions.
