GL Studio Selected by Hyundai Rotem for K-Series Tank Platoon Simulators
DiSTI's GL Studio toolkit has been selected by Hyundai Rotem for use on the K-Series Tank Platoon Simulator Visual System.

(KCEI), an authorized DiSTI Value-Added Reseller in South Korea, has sold to Hyundai Rotem the GL Studio development toolkit for the creation of the visual systems of K-Series Tank Platoon Simulator (KTPS) Program in South Korea. The KTPS is the first virtual tactical tank simulation trainer developed under the Defense R&D Program of Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration (KDAPA).
Hyundai Rotem, as the main contractor of the KTPS Program, plays a critical role in strengthening the Korean defense posture by developing K1/K1A1 tank and its family of vehicles. Hyundai Rotem, a worldwide leader in the advanced defense industry, specializes in the design and integration of land weapon systems and in the development of advanced armored systems.
