The workings of Tele-SWAP groups are simple, the benefits great. TRMA's Tele-SWAP groups allow retailers to talk with others to learn how to improve their business without having to leave their store. Each group of retailers meets monthly for a one-hour teleconference. Members talk about whatever challenge or issue they have at the moment. Through the discussion, store owners receive new ideas to try in their store, knowing these ideas worked in other similar stores. Each type of retail store possesses its own unique issues with merchandising. The better the match, the more everyone gets from their membership. The goal is an improved store with an empowered and energized owner.
