"Internet recruiting has introduced a new immediacy and cost-effectiveness to finding promising, fresh, energetic new graduates," said Amy Lewis, director of HCI's talent acquisition community. "But today’s tech-savvy youth require messaging that speaks specifically to them. We're pleased to partner with MonsterTRAK to communicate next practices for what to say, and how to say it, to the next generation of talent."
"Innovative communication methods cut through the electronic recruitment clutter," said Mark Charnock, Vice President and General Manager, MonsterTRAK. "Crafting recruitment communications that appeal to young talent is an art and a science that we’re eager to share with employers."
