Emerging Solutions, a leader in strategic and technical Oracle solution services, has been selected to present three conference sessions at the Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG) Meeting being held June 22-24 in Las Vegas, NV.

Emerging Solutions experts will lead three sessions:

  • North American Payroll Upgrade Testing Strategies - Payroll management is a basic requirement of any business. Special consideration must be paid during any upgrade to ensure a smooth, bug-free transition. Chris Bradley will lead a session reviewing North American payroll testing strategies for upgrade projects of various sizes.
  • Streamlining & Best Practices for HCM Security - Many organizations have begun to realize the benefits of HCM, but few see the need to enhance the security measures of this environment. Rick Derse will cover an intuitive and efficient methodology for Designing PeopleSoft Security Roles and Permissions.
  • Paper to Electronic: Recruiting Solutions Implementation Best Practices and Case Studies - Kristen Dever and Charlotte Burns will focus on efficiency-enhancing techniques and strategies to be used in a basic recruiting solutions implementation. These techniques will center on basic screening, applicant metrics and increasing communication and business process workflow. The presentation will explore real-life examples of business owners who have put these best practices to use in a variety of industries with a focus on the tourist and financial industries.
