(PRWEB) June 5, 2008 -- On-demand and short-run books experienced a "stunning five-fold increase" in the number of titles published in 2007, according to Bowker, the global leader in bibliographic management. The expansion in self-published and other unclassified titles came amid "basically flat" growth in the traditional publishing sector.
