Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes Featured on CBS Video

A pioneering Orlando vacation homes rental agency tells CBS how families can get the ultimate luxury in Orlando vacation accommodations and also save money while doing it.

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 9, 2008 -- "You can't get a vacation like this at any resort complex or hotel anywhere in the world," said Mark Whichard as he showed CBS reporters through the Formosa Castle mansion near Disney World.

Whichard is the proprietor of Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes (http://www.orlandosfinest.com) and has been renting homes in the Orlando area for the past ten years.

He took a news team from Philadelphia's CBS 3 through the seven bedroom mansion that sleeps 16 and explained that it "offers practically every amenity imaginable." It starts at $700 a night. Whichard added that a large group could stay there for as little as $44 dollars per person, per night.

The amenities that Whichard mentioned include an in-house theater that seats twelve and features a 129 inch screen, seven master suites, a pool table, a swimming pool and Jacuzzis.

"Budget wise this beats anything, Whichard said. "If you put four families in this house, with two children each, you are going to get a luxury vacation that you couldn't get anywhere at this price."

Whichard's firm also offers smaller properties for Orlando vacation goers. He explained that a three bedroom condo rents for $110 a night, and "instead of being cramped into a hotel room you will have an entire house to yourself." In between the condo and the mansion, Orlando's Finest also offers villas with three to six bedrooms.

Most condos and rental homes require at least a four day stay. Many are in gated communities with varied sports and entertainment options.

Whichard said that there is a hot demand for the seven bedroom luxury mansion. "In the low season you will have to book one year in advance and in the high season you will need to make a reservation more than one year in advance."
