The Member Advocacy Team is a unique and distinct division, within our more traditional customer service team, Member Services. Member Advocacy acts on the behalf of our partnered association members, offering guidance, support, and assistance when they need us the most. Our team is here to help in any way possible; we serve to protect our customers by effectively negotiating to reduce the cost of medical bills and by finding the best possible prices for preemptive and diagnostic procedures so the customer can focus on their health instead of battling with hospital billing departments.
