Certified Aviation Services Acquires Airside Services

Certified Aviation Services has acquired Airside Services and their offerings of Aircraft Appearance Services. Andrew Uber, Airside's Founder and President has also joined the CAS team as Manager, Appearance Services.

Ontario, California (PRWEB) June 8, 2008 -- Certified Aviation Services has acquired Airside Services and their offerings of Aircraft Appearance Services. Andrew Uber, Airside's Founder and President has also joined the CAS team as Manager, Appearance Services.

The combination of Airside Appearance Services and Certified Aviation Services maintenance abilities allows for service efficiencies. Exterior services such as dry washing and polishing must be signed off by an FAA approved A&P Mechanic, a resource Certified Aviation Services already provides.

"Integrating our operations with CAS was a logical step that creates a more complete solution for the industry. Our clients can now enjoy a more thorough, intuitive and competitive sole-source option for their maintenance and appearance needs."
- Andrew Uber, Manager, Appearance Services

Unique to Certified Aviation Service's Appearance Services is also the real-time Fleet Appearance Management Program. This web-based program is provided to customers under secure log-in and allows operators to view real-time photos of the work in progress as well as historical job information. This programming is exclusive to Certified Aviation Services and Airside and will grow to include other maintenance reports and information tailored to each customer.

With 18+ years of experience, CAS is a world-class provider of line and heavy maintenance, appearance services and aircraft modification services for commercial and military aircraft.
