Black Bass Grille Makes the Best of the Capes & Island

Black Bass Grille is gaining popularity as Cape Cod Life Magazine gives it the silver award for best water view restaurant and gold award for best outdoor restaurant in The Best of the Capes & Island.

South Dartmouth, MA (PRWEB) June 8, 2008 -- The Black Bass Grille was recently given the silver award for Best Waterview Restaurant and gold award for best outdoor restaurant in Cape Cod Life Magazine's Best of the Capes & Island. The magazine provides information on things to do, entertainment, history, real estate and profiles on local figures.

The article, titled, "The Best of the Capes & Island," included a listing of area's best in dining and awarded Black Bass Grille with a silver award for best waterview restaurant and gold award for best outdoor restaurant. The grille specializes in local seafood, soups, salads, brick oven pizzas, sandwiches, poultry entrees and pasta.

House dishes include the Black Bass Salad, which includes baby beet top leaves, sliced pear, Danish blue cheese and toasted pecans tossed with a strawberry vinaigrette; chicken, broccoli, oil and garlic pizza; McKelvie's Meatloaf made of veal, pork and beef served with rosemary gravy; Salt Marsh Chicken, which is pan seared with roasted peppers, mushrooms, spinach and artichoke hearts; and Peachy Cedar Plank Salmon, a fresh filet of salmon baked on a cedar plank served over sliced peaches with a peach BBQ sauce.
