IntelliTrack 3PL software was installed at Stone Office, Inc., an office supply and contract furniture dealership looking to expand their warehousing services for a particular client in need. Since the installation, Stone Office has been able to offer warehousing services requested by a key client and expand their over all business offering.
IntelliTrack offers lower cost warehousing software for small to mid range operations. IntelliTrack 3PL software is a recent addition to their current line of warehouse management systems. The new software allows third party warehousing and logistics companies to track and manage costs, labor, and billing along with managing client's inventory, and shipping processes. Prior to installing IntelliTrack Warehouse Management and 3PL software, Stone Office offered basic warehousing and storage services for several clients. The inventory process consisted of the warehouse manager running around the facility searching necessary items. When an important client wanted Stone Office to expand their warehousing services it became necessary to have a proper inventory and shipping system in place to stay organized and accommodate their customer's needs.
With the IntelliTrack's 3PL software in place, Stone Office can offer their client a real time look into their warehouse at any time of day online. Their client is able to monitor inventory levels, manage shipping and receiving orders, and follow all warehouse activity relative to their needs. At Stone Office, inventory is no longer stored by memory or crumpled papers. Warehouse staff can instantly look up an item and know its location, shipping or receiving dates, as well as specific order information, tasks, or billing information.
